Service Description

Whether planning a corporate strategy day or a workshop with your board or staff, we will collaborate with you to design your agenda and facilitate the event so that you achieve your goals. Using Rapid Consensus™ method, we specialise in bringing people with diverse perspectives together to build a stronger, shared future for your business or organisation. Our meeting facilitation includes a pre-event discussion to pull out your priorities and a post-event debrief to cover what has been achieved, and identify where to next. Fees are subject to scope and travel requirements. We're Sydney-based but glad to go anywhere!
